Even though I'm the Secretary of State for the greatest nation to have ever existed in the history of the world, I'm just a regular girl at heart. Each day I am out there working to make life better for each and every person on the planet, but even a major government leader needs a special place where she can let her hair down when she's a little frustrated by day-to-day global issues.
Dear Diary,I know Japanese Foreign Minister, Nobutaka Machimura, thinks we are going to step up military cooperation and substantially reduce the number of Marines on the strategically important southern island of Okinawa, but who are we kidding?
